Flat service fee of $450 for events up to 150 guests. Desserts are additional.
The service fee includes dessert table setup and styling, on-site service, replenishment, and cleanup. Events with more than 150 guests require a custom service quote.

Dessert Catering & Volume Pricing
Designed for larger gatherings, corporate events, celebrations, and event professionals, our Bulk Dessert Catering offers a flexible way to serve Rose & Petals desserts without full-service setup or styling.
Choose from our Mini Dessert Cups, French Macarons, Australian Lamingtons, and Artisan Brownies, with the option to curate an assortment of desserts and flavors to suit your event. Desserts may be ordered as part of a Curated Dessert Table or as a dessert-only bulk order.

Catering orders require a minimum of 30 pieces per dessert type.

Bulk pricing applies when 100 or more pieces of the same dessert type are ordered.
Orders of fewer than 100 pieces of a dessert type are charged at the retail rate.

Live Cake Experiences
Designed for milestone birthdays, anniversaries, galas, weddings, and receptions, our Live Cake Experiences turn the traditional cake-cutting moment into an interactive part of the celebration.
Paint the Cake
A playful, interactive experience where guests add their own artistic touches to a beautifully prepared cake, creating a one-of-a-kind centerpiece filled with contributions from the people sharing in the celebration.
Live Assembled Cake
A generous celebration cake is freshly assembled on-site and presented as a centerpiece for the occasion. Once complete, the guest or guests of honor add the final finishing touch such as a dusting of powdered sugar or cocoa before making the ceremonial first cut. Available in select cake styles and flavors, including Berry Chantilly, Tiramisu, Rasmalai, Matcha, and Rosie Rose.

From birthdays and showers to anniversaries and intimate celebrations, our Custom Cakes are thoughtfully designed to complement the aesthetic and story of each occasion.
Available in single-tier and two-tier designs, each cake is individually quoted based on size, flavor, design, and level of customization.

Luxury Dessert Cart
Our signature dessert cart creates an elevated focal point for your celebration and can be incorporated into a Curated Dessert Table or Live Dessert Experience.
The cart is professionally transported, installed, and styled as part of your event setup, then removed following service.
