Our Story

Rose & Petals HiTea Desserts is a boutique micro-bakery founded in 2023, inspired by our roots in Kolkata and a passion for thoughtfully crafted dessert experiences.

What began in Whitby, Ontario has since evolved into a commercial kitchen-based studio.

​

Our creations bring together South Asian-inspired flavors with globally loved classics  from rose and rasmalai to tres leches and tiramisu  each designed with a sense of refinement, balance, and quiet luxury.

From intimate celebrations to elevated gatherings, every detail is thoughtfully crafted to feel personal and memorable.
